Day 5 of 24 day Fit Challenge and 4lbs down

Today was a great day! Started my day out with a spark and rehydrate and then a meal replacement shake. I have had energy ever since. I stepped on the scale today to find I am 4 lbs down and 11 to go. Wow I can't wait to actually get into the weight lose portion of the challenge. My sister has also seen I believe a 4lb difference. We did the Wii Fit tonight and I found out my core muscles are very weak. My upper body is also very weak. You think carrying around 18 extra pounds (Sophia) would help but those muslces that are used to do a push up have not been affected!!! I had to do a "girl" push up and that was even difficult for me. We have some work cut out for us!!! Drinking water continues to be a challenge however adding rehydrate to my daily intake has helped tremendously. We have 5 days left for the cleanse and then we start the energy and weight lose phase. Something I will need starting a new job on Monday.

Lose Stubborn body fat and keep it off!!!
The 24 Day Challenge is producing up to
10 inches and 10 lbs LOST on average in 24 days.

Energize your mind and body, feed your muscles and starve your fat as you lose inches, improve health and melt away body fat in a way that will fit into your busy life and be realistic for any hectic schedule.

Day 3 of 24 day Fit Challenge

Wow I should have been drinking spark on a more regular bases!! I just drank one and am ready to go!! I have to say the first 2 days were hard but today seems to be much better! I already have more energy and don't feel as weighted down. We took our measurements yesterday since we forgot to on day one. Wow those numbers look scary!!! I am so excited to watch them go down. My waist one is really scary! It is so funny how before I was pregnant I would think I was SO fat but wow what I would give to have that body back. I was skinny!!!
Drinking more water still is a struggle. I think that is probably the hardest part for me. I know this will get better. I just need to carry my water bottle around with me 24/7. I was having small headaches before and now they are gone. I am pretty sure it was from being dehydrated. I will have to look this up again but I think I read that when you are dehydrated your brain does shrink alittle causing headaches. That is why when you have a hang over you have a headache. Kindof scary that your brain can shrink. Rehydrate is a great product to keep you hydrated!! It is also nice that you can mix spark and rehydrate together. Well I am off to run some errands and the workout. I hope to post later to fill you in on my workout :)

Day 2 of 24 Day Fit Challenge

Well today is day 2 of our challenge. My husband, sister and I started yesterday. Below you will find a little info on what this challenge is all about. Herbal Cleanse, eating right, drinking lots of water and taking products to increase energy and lose weight
I was never one that had to have sweets until I got pregnant with Sophia. I never would have imagined that this would be the hardest to get over. I know that my cravings will go away in time. All of the those bad sugars are bad for me and I am excited to start putting in some good stuff into my body. One great thing about this challenge is that you need to drink LOTS of water. Before I would maybe get 8oz of water in a day. This is HORRIBLE!! Now I am working my way to drinking a gallon a day. I find it easier to drink more water at work. I will be returning to a full time job on the 18th. I am excited to be starting a new job after 16 wonderful weeks home with Sophia. It will be nice to get back on a schedule. However I will miss spending all day with my little peanut!!
My Goals:
Lose 15lbs
Drink a gallon of water per day
Work out 3-4x a week
Fit into my prebaby clothes or have to buy new ones ;)
